WHERE: Glendale Civic Center--Diamond Ball Room in the Annex Building (the smaller building in front of the main building). FREE parking.

What are CROPPER DOLLAR$? Cropper Dollar$ are faux dollars earned to bid on prizes at the end of the Crop. It's fun, it's crazy, and it's exciting!

Donate 10 Handmade Cards for Hospice ($15)

Donate 5 Handmade Cards for Hospice ($5)

Purchase $25 from any single Vendor (sales must be at least $25 from a single Vendor, not a combination of multiple Vendors)--earn $5 (no limit!)

The Door Prize auction will begin at 4:30 pm. The prizes will be displayed in the later part of the afternoon, so you can plan your bidding strategy.

Crop til you drop - 9 hours of "your time" to be creative in a fun-filled environment....in the beautiful Diamond Ballroom at the Glendale Civic Center.
You get 4 feet of personal work space to work on your projects! Bring your items from home to work on your projects.

Crop Goody Bags - Each PAID crop participant will receive a Crop Goody Bag with fabulous items for Stamping or Scrapping.

Door Prizes -drawn every hour!

Vendor Shopping - Vendors will have merchandise available for purchase! A great time to do alittle shopping (be sure to bring extra spending money!). Shopping is open to the General Public and the Merchants will have so many fabulous goodies from Rubber Stamping, Scrapbooking, Paper Crafting/Arts, Collage, Vintage, and other unique items not found at your local craft chain store.

Handmade Cards for Charity - Create a handmade card to be donated to Hospice Patients, who will cherish the thoughtfulness. Bring your special card to Donna at the Paper Cutters booth. More info about Hospice: Hospice of the Valley . (drop off your cards OR show your receipt at the REGISTRATION TABLE).

**The cards are given to the terminally ill patients with Hospice of the Valley, who truly appreciate the kind thoughts. Your card will really make someone's day very special.

MORE CLASSES will be available for the Crop 'n Shop!!! Vendor Make & Takes - Take a break from your project to do a "Make & Take" from one of the featured Vendors for a small fee.

A wonderful class from Ken Pesho of Stampscapes will be offered! Plus, other great classes not to be missed, including a Copic Marker technique class.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What should I bring to the crop?
Plan ahead, and bring your scrapbook or stamping project ready to assemble! Pre-cropped and pre-planned pages will go together easily, and allow you to enjoy this HUGE crop! Plan to be able to bring in your supplies in one trip, because you won't want to make several!

Will I be able to shop during the crop?
YES!!! Vendors will have merchandise for sale at tables/booths during the crop. Be sure to bring extra money, just in case. Plus, stop by for a fabulous neck and shoulder massage from our Licensed Massage Therapist ($1 per minute or $12 for 15 minutes).

Can I bring food or beverages to the crop?

The Civic Center does NOT allow outside food or beverages to be brought into the building, due to contractual agreements with their Catering Service. A Concession stand is available in the Main Civic Center Building (gourmet sandwiches, salads, hotdogs, snacks, chips, beverages, etc) for purchase from 9am-3pm. A catered boxed lunch is included with each PAID Registration.

Can I sit with my friends at the crop?
When you register, you can reserve a PAID table of four for you and your friends. If you have not made a table reservation, then, seating is first come, first served basis.

Are children allowed at the Crop?
Paid/registered Cropppers over the age of 10 are welcomed. Please do not bring other children to the Crop. Please keep in mind that many of the PAID Attendees use this valuable time away from home to work on projects.

What is your Refund Policy?
Refunds are available on or before October 10, 2008. After 10/11/08, Registrations are non-refundable. However, if you know someone else who would like to go in your place, we can transfer the info into their name with your written permission (it would be between you and the other person regarding the money part).
